10th Mountain Division T-Shirt

When Charles Minot Dole, the President of the National Ski Foundation, witnessed Finnish troops on skis thwart two soviet armored divisions, the idea for the 10th Mountain Division was born.
Constituted on July 10th, 1943, the 10th Mountain Division spent over a year training in mountain conditions of Fort Hale, CO before being given the deployment order for an italian invasion, simultaneously being awarded the "Mountain" tab. From Jan 1944 until the conclusion of World War II, the unit fought bravely in mountainous terrain that would have been impenatrable to other units.
Today, the 10th Mountain is often referred to as "the most deployed unit in the U.S." and the unit has served everywhere from Desert Storm to Mogadishu to OEF and OIF and everywhere in between. Soldiers from the 10th are hard as nails, substituting the miserable conditions of Fort Hale, CO for the even more miserable conditions of Fort Drum, NY as their home.
Thank you, gentlemen and ladies, for your continued inspired service!
Our Unit t-shirts are made with a softer, thinner, and more expensive fabric than our basic tees. They are also more form-fitting with a more athletic fit, so please take that into account!
