It's impossible to describe that surreal feeling in the pitch black night when you're sitting at the edge of a bird that's about to touch down, or the feeling of nervous anticipation before you kick in a door, or that gnawing in the pit of your stomach when you're walking through an unfriendly crowd. The only way to truly understand it is to be the soldier, the marine, the sailor, the airmen, or the police officer that has stood in harm's way and knows the touch of mortal danger.

Ranger Up salutes you, and we promise we'll never forget the sacrifices you make so that we can live freely.
